We want to help kids enjoy exercise and build healthy habits at a young age which will encourage health and fitness to be part of their lifestyle into adulthood.
At Paratus Kids classes we teach children to move properly which will help them build strength, fitness, mobility and agility.
What started as some fun entertainment for Dan's two children soon became a passion of theirs. The girls have been desperate to learn more about their parents training and we realised what a positive environment they could be introduced to through this.
Dan is one of our co-owners and the Head Coach of CrossFit Paratus.
Dan's passion is evident when coaching and loves helping people achieve things they never thought possible.
He's been in the fitness industry for over 16 years as a manager and coach. He has a BSc (hons) and postgraduate qualification in Sports S&C, Level 3 Personal Trainer, CF L1 and is currently completing his British weightlifting L2 qualification.
Every Tuesday at 4:30pm with additional classes running throughout holidays and half term.
Our classes focus on the joy of movement and combine gymnastics, bodyweight exercises and light resistance training.
