Our classic CrossFit class combines functional strength with high intensity conditioning. Enjoy constantly varied workouts, incorporating activities such as lifting, running, and gymnastics. Coach lead and suitable for any fitness level!
Our Engine Class is an intense, partner or team-based conditioning set. Tackle a longer cardio based workout with the rest of the team. This class also features an element of gymnastics practice and can be scaled to any fitness level.
An opportunity to do your own thing. These sessions are not coach led so you're free to come in and do your own thing or catch up on a WOD from the week.
Strength and conditioning has no age limit. Our Silver Strength classes are designed for over 50's with a focus on functional fitness, strengthening your core and maintaining abilities. All movements can be scaled to suit any ability.
Similar to our Engine classes, this class focusses on a longer conditioning set working with your team mates to complete a set amount of work. Suitable for all abilities with scaling options for each movement.
Do you know your snatch from your jerk? Our Lift Off class teaches you to Olympic lift with correct form and breaks down each lift to perfect your technique. Whether you're a beginner looking to lift for the first time or are an athlete wanting to lift heavier this class works for you.
Learn your CrossFit gymnastics and perfect your skills. From kipping work to being upside down and double unders. We breakdown all the movements for you to build your confidence and improve your abilities. This class if perfect for beginners or if you're looking to increase your reps on a certain movement.
