Who Are We?
CrossFit Paratus is Gloucesters newest affiliate!
At CrossFit Paratus, our name embodies our philosophy – "Paratus," the Latin term for 'ready' or 'prepared.' We believe in the core ethos of CrossFit: being prepared for whatever life throws your way.
CrossFit Paratus originated as a functional fitness gym. As the demand for community-driven fitness grew, Sarah and Dan took over the business to further develop our thriving fitness community. Dan is our Head Coach and leads the programming and Sarah is our back of house and chief paparazzi.
We are more than just a gym; we are a united community of individuals striving for their personal bests. Our commitment to supporting one another is unwavering, whether it's cheering on fellow members at external competitions or offering encouragement during personal best attempts.

What Do We Do?
Our Gloucester based facility proudly holds the CrossFit Affiliation, offering a variety of classes including CrossFit sessions, skill development sessions covering Olympic lifting and gymnastics, as well as open gym times and 1-1 PT offerings.
Whether you're a CrossFit seasoned pro or a total newbie we are confident our coaches have something for everyone. We run quarterly competitions (see our events page for sign up details) to fulfil that competitive itch and fundamentals courses to learn the basics of CrossFit for beginners.
